Keeping fit has always been an important part of my life and, through participating in many sporting activities such as adventure racing, triathlon and marathon races, I have discovered the benefits of sports, remedial and deep tissue massages.

Over the years, I’ve experienced lots of sport and remedial therapy to help with the injuries I’ve sustained, helping me to recover far quicker.

Having a regular massage has so many benefits, not just for people who partake in sports or compete, but for everyone working long, stressful hours, commuting to work, sitting behind a desk or doing manual, physical labour.

After realising the difference massage makes to day-to-day life and our own fitness goals, I became a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. I am qualified in and practice:
