3.1 Contacting you and invoicing you regarding massage services

We have obtained your personal data from information you have supplied to us either in person, via our contact form on this website or via email/telephone/text and we process the following personal data: name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses. Our lawful basis for processing your data is due to the nature of arranging appointments and taking payment from you. Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be not be shared with anyone, unless legal authorities need access to it. Your personal data is stored on a password protected PC and selected software programmes all using secure cloud storage. We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary in order to keep you informed and to take payment from you.
